I agree with your comments. I get my Jeep serviced there and am always pleased with the service. I'm sure it is a bit more expensive then Fresno, but that's expected up here. They put my new license plates on for me last time I went. That was appreciated. Sometimes there is a long line... but I just come back later when they are not busy. They have me in and out in just a few minutes.

They didn't replace my dad's oil the last time he went there. He almost ruined his engine before he realized it. When he checked it was bone dry. I take my car to Big O for oil changes.

Yikes! I heard of that happening to someone before. Not up here... down in Southern California. They forgot to put the oil in and the driver returned on foot about 30 minutes later. Oops! http://oakhurstforums.com/icon/shocked.gif

one of my relatives had that happen in the bay area.

i've had similar things happen, also in the bay area. i still go to that place when i'm up there - no idea why! lol.

i wish there was a way you could pick which employee works on your car!

I have had nothing but the best service everytime I go there. It's quick and professional, they even take a minute and talk to me.

I'll keep my business with the local business men.

Ive never used Eagle. Had a bad experience at SpeeDee in Fresburg... the guy didnt put the oil plug in all the way and I lost half my oil! I was PISSED cos it was my Subaru and it had only 3K miles on it! You can dang well bet we were on the phone hollaring! I just go to the Subaru Dealer now for all my work. (had the same thing happen at Firestone yrs ago on my Nissan.... lost all the oil and 6 months later the engine died.
