I HIGHLY suggest you use Gnucleus instead of Kazaa. Gnucleus is run off of sourceforge, works well, and is spyware free.

those are SOOOO full of spyware! I suggest you suscribe to Rhapsody or Itunes. they arent THAT much to suscribe to, and songs are just 99 cents, and the artists get a cut of the money. I had a major puter crash once from Napster, so Ill never down load free tunes again.

just my two cents.

I use morpheus. It's free, easy to use, and I have always been able to get any song that I wanted.

I just uninstalled Kazaa because it added search toolbars and a points award program that I couldn't remove. It was definately full of spyware. It is worth spending the $$ for a subscription so this doesn't happen. Thanks for all of the info guys http://oakhurstonline.com/icon/happy.gif

I think that should be changed to might see a cut of the money Wolf ... As a general rule the only artists who really get any appreciable amount of money from CD sales are the ones the have survived long enough to renegotiate unfair contracts. I.E. the ones who need it the least because they are making the real money off tours ticket and t-shirt sales.

http://www.sheeba.ca/ I dunno if anyone would even like Jane Siberry's music (I'm only a fan of one song) but her approch to music pricing is quite novel. It's a pay as you feel fit or don't no threat of Darth Vader and the RIAA tracking down 12 year olds enjoying some music from a file sharing service. Check it out just for fun, I suggest you download the song Anytime for free. Let me know what ya think and if you know of any other people who do this.

I can save you a lot of time. Go this place called Tower Records. They sell these things called CD's. You can buy the song you want very cheap, and get a whole bunch of other songs with it on the same CD. I know, sounds crazy huh? And guess what, you can stick it in that little drawer on that thing in your stereo and play it there instead of trying to listen to it on your little computer speakers. Ssh, don't tell anyone, it might catch on!
