Todd's Cookhouse BBQ has hot wings...$4.95 a lb.
Hottest in town? Well, probably...I've seen a guys face turn beet red with sweat drippin' from his brow. Asked him how he liked his wings and he replied, "very good"...
Our wings our smoked in the smoker and slathered in choice of BBQ (mild) or hot wing sauce...and we also have our "Smokin' Wing Basket" which comes with coleslaw and fries.

I don't think I've ever had any "hot" wings that were actually hot, but I used to like the ones Raley's deli sold. I haven't had any for years, though, and I don't know if they even still sell them. There were times when there was very little sauce and other times when there was lots.
Also, I liked the frozen hot wings that Schwan's sells. Costco's aren't too bad, but the skin is really fatty and globby. I am always on a quest for the perfect hot wings, but it's difficult because most people squawk if something is actually hot.

http://oakhurstonline.com/icon/laugh.gif No offense taken. If you want your wings HOT, as in hotter than hell...we can up the ante. Because of the aforementioned guest and a few others, Todd did cut the heat a bit. Maybe in 1/2 so he didn't have to put out a warning label...not everyone can handle a high level of heat. But if you want it full-strength, just make that request...we can do it!
I remember when I saw the guy's face turning red and sweating...I was worried for his well-being and Todd felt he should calm it down a bit...but heck, you could probably handle it.
Come on in and tell us you want the heat full-strength.

Tony Romas has terrific hot wings. They are the hottest I have found, and large. I always ask for a side of the sauce so I can dip them, I like 'em HOT! And none of that "fatty globby" skin (I find that disgusting)... so good! But not up here... you have to go to Fresno for them.
I haven't eaten Todd's hot wings. I used to eat Hondo's hot wings when I was pregnant with Linus, but the place is gone now.
What are the wings like at Todd's?
