Presidential term and limits poll.

I'm against term limits. I know that there are little Clinton supporters here, but I think he was the best President since JFK. I wish he would have had the chance to go for a 3rd term. He was young enough to go for it and I think he would have handled 9/11 better. You never know... perhaps it would not have happened at all. I know this will make some of you sigh.

Arnie should get the chance to go for President! I'm not saying I agree with him on everything. I'm just saying that he should get the opportunity just like anyone else. He IS American.

I don't like this whole 2 party system. It wasn't always about "Republicans or Democrats", it was about choice. The choice that any American can become the President of his/her country. Why do we sit around and wait to see who these two parties shove at us? Open your minds up people! Vote for the candidate that truely impresses you. It doesn't matter what others are voting for. Your vote belongs to you.

I'm against the electoral college. I would vote to change this. Until then, I feel my vote doesn't count much.

Yup. I agree with Raider there. 1 term limit is harsh. I want no term limits. Extending the term would be fine by me.

I think we need a 6 year limit .... no repeat term .... but you couls run again ....

the way it is now ... we lose a President for the last 8 months .... and basically for the 1st 6 months ....

But if we remember the reason why we have term limits ..... and the reasons why ....

A president for more then a few years at a time makes for a easy step to a Dictator .... and ruins the basic form of our government
