Kudos to www.zappos.com

We have bought shoes through www.zappos.com (http://www.zappos.com) web site a couple times now and have been happy with their speed of delivery, quality, etc.

But even more so impressed now. Newcomer ordered some boots about 7 months ago they arrived. Just recently, one of the zippers teeth got torqued out of shape and they wouldn't zip.

Called Zappos - they immediately shipped another pair for free and asked us to ship the other torqued pair back - their dime! WOW!

I've purchased shoes thru Zappos before...mainly Converse Hi-Tops for the kids. I love not only that shipping is free, but that the shoes are shipped immediately and arrive sometimes the very next day! If the shoes don't work out, as in don't fit, you can send them right back at their cost (they provide a paid shipping label) and they'll send the right size right to you...even before they've received returned shoes. Now that's great service.
