Chemical Brothers, Enya, U2, Ravel, Gershwin, Toad the Wet Sproket, Beautiful South, everything Danny Elfman has touched, Rueben Blades, Smashing Pumpkins, Credence, most Techno music, Nina Simone, System of a Down, Tito Puete, and well... lots of other old foggie bands

I must say that I dont really care for a lot of the newer stuff lately, but some of what Ive heard from Fallout Boy has been *not bad*.

Theres a music thread here (http://oakhurstforums.com/eve/forums/a/tpc/f/9606059742/m/861100426) if youd like to join in. http://oakhurstonline.com/icon/heavy_metal.gif

I have never heard of Fallout Boy. Am I alone?

I just listened to some of their stuff. Pretty generic, sounds like this decade's answer to Insync.

Insync was last decade? My god I am getting old.

I love all kinds of music. I cant sing or play, but I can pick out good tunes.

I just got my tickets to see Celtic Woman at the Saroyan Theatre in April. Woo hoo!

Kraftwerk, Muddy Waters, Willie Dixon, Phil Spector, Motown, Isaac Hayes, Black Sabbath, Led Zeppelin, Queen, Alice Cooper, Blue Oyster Cult, Ramones, ....everything in the last 40 years or so came from that, I think.
There are very few originals now, and I listen to every new band that comes out. I had a hard time finding something new. Until I found a band called Trans Global Underground who sound like the future and the past.
