Which Month is the Most Romantic?

From what I hear; January 23 is the most depressing day of the year.
The formula for this is Winter weather, Christmas bills coming in, not being able to keep your new years resolution and a host of other reasons.

The Happiest day of the year is June 23, because of weather, school completion, vacations, weddings and so on.

So I thought about the time of year that I have found romance and came up with "September" being my number one month.
