It's getting to be that time of year again and I am looking for a few more good people to work at the Narrow Gauge Inn. I already have several Forums members working here, so come join our family!
I need:
1 full time breakfast server to work Tuesday through Saturday from 6:30am until approximately 3:00pm. This job is stocking our continental breakfast for our guests, clearing tables as people finish and resetting them, washing breakfast dishes and vacuming and cleaning the restaurant to prepare for the dinner service. This position will be from April 26 until October 21.
I need 2 housekeepers to work from 8:30 until approximately 3:00-4:30pm five days a week. This job is preparing rooms for our arriving guests and cleaning them for our guests that are already with us. Must be able to work weekends and holidays. Job begins in mid-late April and end in mid-late October
I need 1 groundsperson to assist Elaine, our head groundskeeper. This job will involve pruning, raking, watering and generally helping Elaine with whatever she needs. Work will be from 9am until approximately 3-4pm. May be 5 days a week, but not necessarily if the right person only wants to work 3-4 days. This is a great job for a semi-retired person who has a backround with plants and loves to play in the dirt and make things beautiful. This job will probably begin in late April and end in early October, depending on weather.
All applicants MUST be responsible, reliable and able to work well with others as well as on your own. All of these positions are fairly active, so you need to be in good physical condition.
Applications may be picked up and filled out at the front desk of the Narrow Gauge Inn, 48571 Hwy 41, Fish Camp. We are on the right side of the road immediately past the Sugar Pine Railroad, about 10-12 miles north of Oakhurst.
Wages vary, depending on position and experience, but we pay all positions above minimum wage.
