Sad News for Surfus

I just wanted everyone to know. We got in last night around 11pm from setting up the booth at the Fresno Home and Garden Show and I went to check the emails and found out Surfus Grandma Poplarchick Passed away 3/2/06. She had been ill for a while but we were unable to go see her because they live in upstate New York. So I just want you to know My heart goes out to you Surfus. I am Sorry to hear about your loss.

I am so sorry to hear this. 2006 seems to be hitting each of us fairly hard, and from all sides. I am thankful we DO have each other. There is strength in both friendship and numbers. You can count on that/us.

Sorry that your Grandma died. I know what it is like to have family so far away, and how it is especially difficult when there is illness, or someone passes away. My family all lives in Vermont. You are in my thoughts.

It was expected. A lot like Anns Dads death was so Im taking good. I know she is in a better place.


She was active for over 90 years I think she was born in 1914. her side lived a long life. her Mother lived to be 99 and died in a car crash.
she lived alone in the city of Rome NY and stayed weekends with my Aunt in the burbs.
She died on her late husbands (my Grandfather) Birth day. So they are both haveing a party up in heaven.
She walked everywhere and loved Burger King, Polka Dancing and going to Play slots all night in the Indian Casino.

She was kind of like the Woman on the Show Golden Girls but RATED NC17. Real funny lady not afraid to say anything.

She had a stroke last year and has been in a care home since. Hospic was there with my aunt and family to make things easier.

My aunt is taking it hard because she was her best friend.

baby pops has not seen here for we have not been back to see them 4 years.

Im going to miss her teaching me polish words Dirty or not.
