I went to High School with this one. I would have never guessed. Though his mug shot doesn't show it, he is actually very good looking and I can see him being every school girls crush. Not sure what to say since they found the alleged 'evidence' on his phone. I do know he teaches troubled teens. Still...why would anyone want to store this kind of video or photos on their cell phone; risking it being seen by the world is beyond me. Also, given where he teaches...I am not sure he was even authorized to let the girl use his phone. http://oakhurstonline.com/icon/no.gif

A Valley Community School substitute teacher was arrested Monday for allegedly showing a 16-year-old girl a picture of male genitals on a camera phone.
Christopher Martinson, 41, of Atwater was arrested around 10 a.m. at Valley Community School, 1850 W. Wardrobe Ave., said Merced police Cmdr. Tom Martin.
The incident occurred on Feb. 8, when the girl reportedly asked Martinson if she could use his cell phone.
He agreed and reportedly asked her if she would like to see a picture of his girlfriend. He then handed her the phone with a picture showing the genitalia, Martin said.
The girl went to school authorities, who turned the investigation over to Officer Tim Gaches, the school resource officer.
When interviewed by Gaches Monday before being arrested, Martinson reportedly admitted showing the girl the picture, and said he had loaned out his phone to students approximately six other times.
Martin said an examination of the phone showed two videos containing sexually explicit material.
To date, only one student has come forward to voice a complaint, the commander said.
Jill Macha, director of alternative education for the school, said the incident is a personnel matter and she could not comment at this time.
Martinson was booked into Merced County Jail on suspicion of exhibiting sexually explicit and harmful materials to a minor under 18 years of age and annoying or molesting children under the age of 18.
He was booked and then released after posting the required $700 bail, a jail official said.
