As I have tried to explain ....

There is no Chinese food in the Mountians...

Just because you cut the food up funny doesnt make it Chinese...

The stuff here is horrible.

It is the one thing I miss about the Bay Area... Great Ethnic food...

I would have to agree. The Chinese restaurant up here are very Americanized. I have only had one dish that was some what decent and we had to have that special made from a menu form another restaurant in L.A. However the best restaurant in the "area" would be this Dim Sum place in Fresno near the Red Roof Inn. If you want really good Asian food in general go down to Los Angelos it is too die for.

I guess I have to agree, I don't like any of the Chinese up here either, I wait until I'm back in the Bay Area to eat Chinese, I do love Oka's (Japenese)
