I am in Oakland most of the time, but I still have my house in Teaford Meadow Lakes near Bass Lake. I thought I had a new roomie moving in to my house in Teaford, but he is backing out at the last miunute. He has a free place to stay with his brother. So, I am trying to find someone to rent the master bedroom at my two story home in the mountains. This person will have the house to his/her self most of the time. I only come up a few times a month and have a bedroom there when I do visit. Also, I'd like to leave my cat there and have this new roomie watch her for me.
So, do you know someone that needs a place to live? If so, tell him/her to call me at (559) 760-4077 ASAP as this is available right now!
The room is pretty big and has a door to the bathroom. The rent for this room is only $450/month plus utilities. I'd like to get first and last months rent... so $900 to move in.
