I saw some condos up there, anyone know anything about them?

Prolly built by Yosemite's most hated contractor! The one who puts in plans for a "vacation home" yet builds a multi story, multi family "vacation home" NOT a well liked man in Yose West.

This BUILDING is one long two story motel like place. Each condo or several by one family are owned by people that rent them out for vacation rentals. I THINK THAY ARE 5 - 800 SQ FEET.

Our office just listed and sold a condo up there. It was just over 600 square feet and came on the market at $265,000 and was sold within a week. They don't come up very often. There are no recreational facilities or pool up there but you are in Yosemite. Monthly fees are about $460 but that includes ALL your utilities, including electricity.
