Working with Big City Contractors can be a Hassle. The local Contractors are more apt. to fix a problem because they know the word will get around.

But there is a problem with Mountain Time up here. The pressure to get the job is not as bad as the big city because there is not as many contractors to choose from but 99% of the time the work you get out of a local contractor is top notch or they will do their best to fix the problem.

Alway Deal with a licenced contractor with Insurance!

I think among some local businesses ethics do not exist. There are numerous post by a person named angelgirl about The Fitness Zone. Staing how wonderful it is and better then the last gym The Center. I know The Owners of the Center. They sold to the Campeau Family (angelgirl) after their son was almost killed in a car accident. I think it is disgusting anyone would stoop this low as to bad mouth good people going through what they went through all to sell gym membership they should be ashamed and everyone should do anything but join there a place owned by people like that.
