If that is the one in the Raley's shopping center, my parents had a very bad experience with them. If it is the one below Round Table, I hear they are great. I recommend Ernie Bender as an agent.

The one in Raleys parking lot. Weve been booking a trip for a couple days now, and everything has been SO complicated! Is this normal??

I really can't say. All I know is they ended up making a pretty big rooming error on my parents cruise. They offered them no compensation and were very unhelpful. I personally wouldn't use their services. Try giving Ernie a call....Just my advice http://oakhurstonline.com/icon/happy.gif

I booked the kids honeymoon cruise at cruise adventures (the one by raleys) they loved it & everything went great. I was in and out in less than an hour.
I guess it all depends on where you're going. They went to Mexico.

I've booked several cruises through Oakhurst Cruise and Travel...have never had a problem, so smooth, I'll never use another..that's the one under Round Table. I've always had Ursa as my agent there.

Thats exactly the issues we've been having Nas! So far theyve made three very major and separate *misprints* on our deck reservations. Not only on ours, but then a few more mistakes on the several other parties booking with us!!

I think its all squared away now. I hope it is! This will be my first cruise, and I would really hate for it to turn out badly. Probably wouldnt hurt to confirm everything one more time.

Thanks for your input and making me feel not so crazy. Next time (if there is a next time), I will definitely go through the other agency or do it myself online.
