I like the idea of Tuesdays, but Thursdays are also good for me. I'm not a bif sitcom fan, but I have Tivo to record the show I do like... South Park, The Simpsons, Daily Show, and a few others.

Nope can't do Thursday either! Are you kidding? My evenings on Thursdays (including when the kids go to bed) are based around my ER (East Coast channel at 7) and my CSI!!

I voted either Monday or Tuesday (I can't remember and it was 2 minutes ago http://oakhurstforums.com/icon/blush.gif -- no short term memory loss there!) because those are pretty okay nights for me..

I would not eat at McDonald's ever. But I will get a smoothie over at Sierra Coffee and come join you guys.

Sunday eves are family night.. Friday eves are either honey and me night or movie/popcorn night (Blockbuster style) with the kiddies.

So those are definetly out for me..

Thurs. night is dance class for me. Tuesday night i'm to record the last episode of nypd blue for the bigman. I voted friday night.

What a nice idea! Think they'll give us matinee prices for a group????????? http://oakhurstforums.com/icon/wink420.gif I would vote Sunday nite or Monday. It could be one nite once a month and another nite once a month since it seems from reading so far that there's no way everyone is available the same single nite of the week on a reliable basis. (and hey, TV shows are coming into rerun season anyway) And there is Me&Ed's and Tacqueria right there too!

can't miss er. ANd my son & I have been watching 'life as we know it' which is also on Thursdays. Not real good stuff,but we have our bonding moments while watching it.

I would love to do this if/when my schedule allows. Currently i have Thurs, Fri, and Sun available, but it will change to just Thurs in March. If you guys do it different days, maybe I can make it in the summer when school is out.

But I think I'm just a little bit too old and tired now... since moving, all my energy has been given to fixing up our place, building my book of business at work, making new friends, exploring the area and running the KDA (non-profit)... I've been just a little to busy to store up the energy reserves!

I can do Tuesdays. I'll program the vcr to tape nypd blue for the bigman. Thursday is out. I have dance class. The girls get out of girlscouts at 5:00 I can have my mom watch the kids when she gets home from work.

OK, It looks like Tuesdays it is. Our first Movie night will be on Feb 15th. I hope that that new Will Smith movie will be playing where he is the date doctor is called "HITCH". If it is I think that should be one of the top choices. I will get the schedule this Friday.

sideways is cool.. not sure if this tuesday wil lwork.. and i work NEXT tuesday. But ill prolly be in oakhurst tueday around noon for shopping and lunch.... any one have any lunch ideas? I was thinking of Three Ladies or whatever its called... or perhaps a bit of bbq.
Im on Weight Watchers and can't be doing pizza and stuff. driving to OakyDoke twice in one day from YLP will wipe me out.. LOLOLOLOLOLOL. you know us "under 2K-footers".. LOL.

btw... breaky at the Coarsegold Cafe next door to the market is pretty good.

Well, I just got home from the movie "Sideways" and in my opinion it was terrible. I can't even believe I managed to stay awake through the whole thing, it was soooooo boring and I think there were two parts in the whole movie that I thought were a little funny, the rest of the movie dragged. Just my opinion.
