My son is going back into the hospital, to get hes right lung Fix...About 4 months ago my son who is 29, had a caloups lung for the third time. this time it put him in the hospital for surgery..they said because of smokeing hes lungs developed blisters on them...the left one caloups and they did surgery and removed 1/3 of the lung....BUT! the right one is worst....But he had to get a job and get insurance to pay for another surgery on the right lung....Hes going in jan. 25th and i,m praying that he well come out of it Ok...because they well have to remove 1/2 of this one also..They were not going to do the surgery until he gets insurance, or comes in as an emergency, and if that was to happen , he would only have about 5 minutes to make it there, because If the Right lung calopts it crashes on the hart and pulls it down......not good. So hes going in and i,m keeping my faith up so he well come out of it ok..............My friends,... Please say a little prayer for him along with me...it is not easy for me to be alone with this right now...thank you* http://oakhurstonline.com/icon/disappointed.gif

also in my family we all gave him $$ for the co -pay to have the surgery.he lost hes other job after the left lung surgery, because it takes at least 1 month to heal and to come back in full ok health...the right lung has hung in there for him to fing another job and get insurance, and he waited for that, every day thinking if the right lung well make it...and it did now he has 4 days and he goes in...hes not looking forward to it because he said the pain after surgery was HORABLE!...he is not married, he is liveing with friends, and he lives in OK........I,m just thinking postive, and i,ll wait for the good news, along with my prayers* http://oakhurstonline.com/icon/disappointed.gif

LindaBo - my prayer is that the OR staff - doctors, nurses, techs all have the VERY BEST night's sleep the night before and perfectly stress and anxiety free mornings before taking care of your son...that they flow abundantly with good humor and perform each of their specialized skills with the UTMOST precision, to the point where even each of them is amazed by how well orchestrated they are in your son's procedure. I pray peace for you and confidence for your son.

My son made it! http://oakhurstonline.com/icon/happy.gif The Dr. went in and cleaned all the blisters out ,and tryed to save most of the lung, so he only took 1/3 of the lung.....he said hes chances for it to come back is 5% percent.and IF they- do they should POP on their own if he is lucky, and not have a calasp lung....so he is doing very good, I think it is because of ALL of you with your prayers and thoughts for a good out come.....THANK YOU ALL, MY FRIENDS http://oakhurstonline.com/icon/happy.gif
