I used to buy a lot of jewelry from QVC ... now I don't even know if I am still considered a member or could order. I got hooked on their "Gem Week" stuff and ended up with a lot of rings.

The sapphires I got in a set of ring, necklace and earrings, though, were not very good quality, even for cheap ones. They looked a lot bluer on TV because of their professional lighting, but they were the poorer quality "midnight" sapphires, almost looked like black onyx. They accepted them back with no problems.

As with everything...moderation is the key. I have had 2 friends get addicted to shopping w/ QVC! I love them for craft supplies! Things like Messy's scrap booking deal are way cool. 5000 piece scrapbooking kit $18 you aren't allowed to say no to that!

Bgw that was a great buy. Made 2 scrapbooks with those pieces and still have alot left over.

cool! cos I have my pics all set into piles... and a photo album.. but i just dont want to sling them into a book of blank pages.

I think i do better in the pic taking department.

I purchased a sony digital videocam a few years ago and the service was excellent. You cant go wrong if the price is right. They are very professional and offer quality products...if youre going to buy electronics I make sure to check out consumer reports first.

I get hocked watching this thing....ok thanks for all your advice.I know a teacher at work bought a set of Silverware, and when they went to left up the Turkey, the Big fork bent way down, she was very disapointed on the quality......It is funny how they can make it look so good....I wonder how the food tast? has any one bought the Steaks, or Fish? http://oakhurstonline.com/icon/smoking.gif
