It is because of my Religious beliefs that I think that people should be able to live their lives the way they want to and love who they want to. If it's wrong according to the Old Testament, isn't it wonderful that we have the new covenant! My job is to love people, it's God's to judge them...

yes. well said Dodge. Ppl need to live as they see fit... and if they arent hurting others.. leave them alone. Now, i have a problem with parents on drugs affecting their kids. if mum and dad have a few drinks etc... no worries.. if mum and dad toke a bit on the ol peace pipe no worries.. but you start spending the bucks on meth and not feeding the lil ones.. then you need to lose your kids. meth is bad ****. heroin will own ya for life.
I dont care what drug you do.. you let it own ya... and ignore your kids.... Pan is gonna get ya
being homosexual or bisexual.. thats a personal choice.
I have several gay friends... they are amonst the best humans in the world. and for a girl.. you dont know how wonderful it is to get a hug from a guy .. and not have to worry about being harrassed or whatever.

I think it's silly for people to get all bothered by whatever sexual orientation others have. Would straight people like others poking into their business? At certain times, in certain states, many heterosexual acts were considered taboo and illegal. People were furious, saying it was nobody else's business what they did. So now, I guess a lot of those very same people think it's their business to judge others.

It's a lot like politics and religion. There are too many different points of view and opinions for everybody to all agree on the same thing. The key word these days seems to be TOLERANCE. Can't ever have too much of that!

I have my beliefs. All I will ask is that you (speaking in general here) not throw it in my face or shove it down my throat.

I figure it's like this, it isn't my place to judge, that's for the man upstairs. I mean, I don't talk about my heterosexual relationship with my wife with everyone, so why do I need to be inundated by your alternate lifestyle details...

I think this is the bigger problem of it all. People are too eager to share their personal stuff with those who may not want to know about it.

All this being said I have several very good, gay friends who I respect for many reasons. I look past their lifestyles because it really isn't any of my business...

I have some awesome friends who are homosexual and I love them dearly. THey respect the fact that I dont neccesarily agree with it. Thats just my opinion and I still except them for who they are.. I just believe a man was created to be with a women and visa versa...I just dont believe anal sex could be a loving experience to put it bluntly...but ..to each his own....Till we meet our maker...

I think it all comes down to God knowing what is best for us. Just as we know what is best for our kids, as our creator, God knows the way we should live to bring the best results. I don't judge anyone because I do lot's of things that arean't the "best" for me. I leave judgement in Gods hands where it belongs

Mark, do you mean "bisexual"? Yes, probably if you want anything up here in the mountains that is neither homo or bi you probably should look for it in Fresno. "buysexual" - you are kidding, right?

Neither I or any of my gay or straight friends are as preoccupied with the myriad of sexual acts as the religious people are. They seem fascinated about the very things that are forbidden to them. I suppose just like the Taliban who are their counterparts.

It is a free country and who are we to tell other people who they should or should not like. If two men or two women or a man and a woman love each other that is there life. They are adults and they should be able to be happy and do what they want as long as no one is getting hurt.

It is fine if consensual but, personally, I'm tired of being abducted. I won't even discuss what goes on up there.

HEHEHEHE....This one cracked me up!!

"The Bible contains six admonishments to homosexuals and 362 admonishments to heterosexuals. That doesn't mean that God doesn't love heterosexuals. It's just that they need more supervision. ~Lynn Lavner

The Old Testament was the Word, or the rules for living before Christ was born. It is widely held that we should adhere to the New Testament as Christians today. The good news is that homosexuality is discussed there as well.

My opinion?
Don't force it upon me or my family and I'm fine with it. I won't judge you for being gay if you don't judge me for being hetero. I don't agree with it, but hey, I don't agree with a lot of things.
