I'd like to have someone come to my home 5-10 hrs a week to teach my kids (ages 2.5 & 5) a foreign language.
No teacher cert required, just fluency. Basically, come and play with them for a few hours while speaking only in a foreign language.

Are you a homeschooler candy? Ive been teaching my daughter(6) Spanish and Sign. I personally dont speak either, but so far Ive managed to stay one lesson ahead of her pretty well, and its worked out. Ive hit some snags lately with composing full sentences in sign though, so Ive been tossing around the idea of hiring someone to finish what I started. Good luck and please let us know if you find someone!

Yes, we're starting the homeschooling trail. I admire you for taking it on yourself! I tried but it seemed too overwhelming. (ie. I don't think I could remain consistent, esp. while yelling "Stop! Kitty doesn't like being thrown off the deck!")
We're really going for the unschooling enviroment right now and I wanted to create a language immersion without the airfare.
So, yes, I'll keep you posted. aha ha ha, sorry. (Do bad puns delete karma points?)
