Does anyone know any GOOD salons in Oakhurst? I am driving down to Santa Clarita every month to get my hair cut..

Hmmm, it must be a newer salon, I haven't heard of it. It is changing so much down there, I get lost when I go down there now! Anyway, I go to Heather at Oakhurst Beauty. She does good cuts and color. I hear Rumors is really good too. Good luck to you, changing hairdressers is a stressful thing!

I drove to Northridge the first couple years I was up here. Funny, I went into Revive the other day & asked the girl at the counter "Do you have a stylist who cuts curly hair?" She replied (after a major quizzical look) They all cut hair. http://oakhurstonline.com/icon/duh.gif If you have curls, you know what I mean, if you don't , you're lucky.

I usually cut and color my own (have my Cosmetology license)... but when I want the back done in a graduated A-Line... gotta have someone else do it.

So far have been happy with:

Carol at Revive
and
Dawn Bendz at Leaping Lotus Salon (Formerly Sakani)

Had one terribly bad experience - but don't want to ruin their reputation - The cut I ask for is difficult and hard to communicate.

Marci at ReVive is the person on the mountain I let near my hair!! She has always done exactly what I wanted and never what she thought I needed!
