Happy Mother's Day to all of you Mommies out there! Have a wonderful and relaxing day! I am on my way to Bass Lake to lounge in a pontoon boat for the day. What are you doing??

Happy Mothers Day to you, too.. Mine started with Breakfast in Bed, then we're going to Duceys for brunch with my family (brother, sister & co. up from Big Bear).

ahh, No wonder I didnt see you at church..spent the day at the lake yesterday was so relaxing..perfect weather..enjoy your day..

Unfortunatly I have never had a worse mothers day. Hopefully will be better next year. I'm about ready to pack up the kids and send them away....or maybe I'll just go http://oakhurstonline.com/icon/cry.gif

Sadly, the issues were with my mother and not my kid. Man, that really hurt.

I know that moms know all of our buttons to push and sometimes do exactly that. But, try to love and enjoy them while you can. My mom is at the stage where she doesn't really know who I or my brothers are anymore and I would give just about anything to have a good old fight with her again.

It started out a relaxing day with coffee in bed with my Family and Mothers Day Cards. Then to Ducey's for a Mothers Day Brunch. Then to top it off our friends called and said they wanted to watch Kirsten so we could go to the movies and we went and saw Poseidon. I thought it was very action packed and very good. Sometimes mothers can be little monsters too, and we wind up treating them like kids too. Either way, moms or kids, it sure messes up the day when they go sideways. You just have to tell yourself/remind yourself of better times.
