That was fun to zoom around the neighborhood all the way down to Hensley lake and such with the satellite images!

The values are fun to see, but not completely accurate. Things change the minute homes (comps) sell currently in your area. And then you really need to compare your home to the size of your land, extras/features, upgrades, outbuildings, etc. in comparison to other similar sized homes in the area.

Any time you want to know what your place is worth, let me know - I can run recent comps and give them to you! You already know I'm a Realtor, a member of the National and California Association of Realtors, as well as have my license hung at Century 21 Golden Chain Realty in Oakhurst with access to the Multiple Listing Service (MLS)!

This site in my opinion overvalued my current home by $40,000, but undervalued our other property by $20,000...

I also ran my mother's home down south, and it undervalued her by $30,000.

But it definitely gives you a semi-close idea!
