I haven't used thier internet services, but the customer service there is horrible. The ladies who work in that office are some of the rudest people I have ever dealt with at a business.

We had a lot of trouble with them for the few months that we used both their cable and internet services.

When I lived in Indian Lakes back in 99, I called them up asking about service... they were like, well part of Indian Lakes has service.. but back in your area, we dont have the wiring set up.. and they had NO plans to add my area to service soon. The guy I talked to was very un interested in expanding his business. Mind you, this was a time before the Dish and Direct TV days. The only choice we had was PrimeStar... and those HUGE sat dishes that took up half your acreage. I watched ALOT of rented movies back then! Thank goodness for STI and the puter!
