Looks like I'll be selling my Mom's mobile within the next couple of months.
It's located in Whispering Pines MHP on Road 222, about 5 minutes from Bass Lake. It's in a senior, owner occupied park. This means you gotta be at least 50, or if it's a couple, one of them must be 50 to live there. I personally got around the having to live there rule, but my mom most definitely is over 50...
The mobile is a single wide with 2 bedrooms and one bath, There is a porch in the front and a small tool shed. 2 parking spaces. Included is a washer/dryer combo. PM me for more info...
I'm gonna list it soon, but thought I'd offer it here first. My brother is coming up over Mothers Day weekend to work out the arrangements on the placement of my mom into a assisted living facility. Looks like she's headed to the Palm Springs area... which is really nice because my sister & brother both live in Big Bear and my sister will visit her often. (It gives me a good reason for those desert trips, too..)

Ok, so I'm reoffering it here... Mom is moving over Thanksgiving... It's been in the Sierra Star for the past few weeks at $21,000, but when that ad runs out I'm lowering it to $17,000....

Hi, I am in the process of moving to the Oakhurst area and happened to see your post. I may or may not be retiring and was looking for a low cost, quiet situation. I can't really afford to buy a house & property so was looking for a rental. If possible, could you give me some of these details?
Age of home, square footage, condition, quality of location, rent on space, financial terms you prefer. I tried to PM you but since I am a new member I couldn't. Thank you and good luck w/your Mom (I had to put my Mom in a nursing home last year & it was a real battle of wills.) Thanks, Twolf

Thanks DG - was curious thinking maybe my Dad... but I don't think he's ready to head this direction just yet.
