We have just done some business with Gail and what can I say - we highly recommend her - very very pleased with our dealings with her. We will remain clients for whatever we need done!

I really like Gail alot. She's very personable and easy to talk to. I used her for an eviction and the only problem I had was that her forms were outdated which held up the eviction process by a few weeks. That would have been a major problem if I'd have had a mortgage I had to pay on. I would use her services again, however.

I have dealt with Gail Wind, two times now in the past 12 years.

BOTH of those times, were NOT good outcomes due to errors made on HER part~ these errors were handled badly wth bad attitude frustration and rudeness towards me.
I was NOT rude to her, I simply asked her a question that she should have already KNOWN the answer to since she was my paralegal regarding a conflict of interrest she had just managed to entangle us (me)! in~

Before I even called and appraoched this being a conflict of interrest, I spoke with the atourney she then worked with at that time~ AND was told "yes" indeed it was a conflict of issue.

Once I did adress these issues with her, I was treated rudely and discourteously over the phone, and she hung up on me!!!! and neither of these issues were handled or corrected in a professional manner.

I do NOT recommend her at all.

Anybody know who the attorney is with whom Gail is associated? What attorney supervises her work? A supervising attorney would provide the avenue to lodge a complaint......

It used to be Jerry Schapirro~ but I am NOT sure if they still have that association now, or for in quite a while ~ She should tell you who she uses for her representation when asked ! btw ~
