no shocked that they did this ..but upset over the fact that the only reason they did this is because she is rich and famous and I think it is bull. if that was a normal person they would of been sitting there for there full sentencing....

just another thing in this world that get better treatment....stupid.

like I told my kids don't even think that is fair and you when you are older will EVER get treatment like that if you get introuble....... don't make those mistakes and you will never have to worry about it......................

you know what they should do to her make her do commercials about drinking and driving for a year she is to make so many for a year and she doesn't get paid for making the commercials. everytime they air the money will go to the families who lost there child due to a drunk driver.... or something like that......

I'm gonna respectfully disagree here; I have taken care of custody patients here in the Valley who are discharged from the hospital on house arrest because there isn't room in the infimary for them at the jail/prison; so I'm not seeing special treatment because she's rich. And HIPAA laws state that medical conditions can not be discussed; we enforce that strictly as we can here at the hospital. Hopefully no one is dumb enough to release any of her medical information. So, they may or may not be hiding behind HIPAA, but we aren't there to say either way.

No we don't know whats wrong with her, howerver; whats the difference between a jail cell vs home? Thats what I don't get. Her Dr. has to come to her home right. Why can't he go to the jail? Hmmmmmm

It makes me very angry because as I stated in the shout box 2 weeks ago, my friends were in a head on with a drunk driver. His license had been suspended do to a dui charge. Yet he was out driving his fathers company vehicle. Pine Tree Reality. Yes the drunk driver was Bucky Jensen. I was told today that he has been seen driving and to follow him and call the sheriff, because next time he might kill someone. Eric cannot go to work because his hands are in such bad shape. Barb went to Fresno today for her second MRI.

Paris did the samething driving on a suspended license for dui.
I'm hoping she learns from it because Bucky sure hasn't. Anxious to see if the system will put is arse behind bars or fine him again.

Primary physicians as a rule do not have priveledges to practice in jail infirmaries. So, her personal physician can visit in jail, but can not treat her. That's why inmates who are too ill for infirmaries go to the hospital. If the infirmary is full, inmates can and do get sent home on house arrest, and in exchange for being home, serve their full sentence.
Again, I have no sympathy for those who drive drunk, and I agree that a sh**load of community service should be part of her sentence, since she is such a public figure. But I'm just not able to agree in this case that money got her out.
And I'm wondering why I care enough about the little twit to post this.

Snip from story

City Attorney Rocky Delgadillo, whose office prosecuted the 26-year-old, complained he had no idea she had left jail.
He said: "The judicial process may have been improperly circumvented. It is the city attorney's position that the decision on whether or not Ms. Hilton should be released early and placed on electronic monitoring should be made by Judge Sauer and not the Sheriff's Department.
"The sheriff's explanation for Paris' house arrest is puzzling, county jails are well-equipped to deal with medical situations involving inmates."
Paris was reportedly released after developing a rash, according to US TV show (http://people.monstersandcritics.com/news/article_1315089.php/Paris_Hiltons_jail_return#) 'Entertainment Tonight', while gossip website TMZ.com claim she was in danger of having of a nervous breakdown.
County Supervisor Don Knabe fumed: "What transpired here is outrageous. I have received more than 400 angry emails and hundreds more phone calls from around the country. Her return home gives the impression of celebrity (http://people.monstersandcritics.com/news/article_1315089.php/Paris_Hiltons_jail_return#) justice being handed out."

Martha's money didn't do her much good when she was busted by paparazzi motoring around her property and down the street.....her house arrest got extended a substantial amount of time, if I remember right. My daughter was on house arrest at the same time and finished successfully. She wanted to write a letter to Martha's local newspaper with some tips for Martha on how to comply with house arrest :)

The judge orders Paris back to jail!...LMAO!

Paris Hilton ordered back to jail
A judge in Los Angeles has ordered Paris Hilton to return to jail to finish the remainder of her sentence, according to media reports.

Hilton was said to be screaming as she was taken from the courtroom.

The judge said Hilton must now serve the complete 45 day sentence.

His decision came after prosecutors issued a statement and filed motions in opposition to the sheriff's decision to "reassign" Hilton to home confinement in violation of a court order.

The Associated Press has more from inside the courthouse:

"It's not right!" shouted the weeping Hilton. "Mom!" she called out to her mother in the audience.

Hilton, who was brought to court in handcuffs in a sheriff's car, came into the courtroom disheveled and weeping. Her hair was askew and she wore a gray fuzzy sweatshirt over slacks. She wore no makeup and she cried throughout the hearing.

Her body also shook constantly as she dabbed at her eyes. Several times she turned to her parents who were seated behind her in the courtroom and mouthed the words, "I love you."

Update at 3:21 p.m. ET: A court spokesman says the judge has yet to receive any documents from the sheriff's department regarding any proposals to change Hilton's sentence.

"It was a misstatement that the court authorized that particular decision," he says. "That's the only thing, or the only thing at issue. We are not denigrating the sheriff. To the contrary, we are delighted with the quality of service and security that we receive from them every day."

"It was pretty short and sweet," the spokesman says of the hearing, adding: "He heard arguments and he remanded her."

good I don't call a rash and on the verge of a nervous breakdown reason to leave jail for house arrest. She should be treated like the rest of us. I wonder how much money the Hilton's gave Sheriff Baca to put her on house arrest against the judges orders.

Knowing it was a rash and a nervous breakdown....yeah, the girl's a$$ needed to be serving her sentence in the jail. To quote the name of an OF poster.."There's an Ointment for That".
If I hear that her parents did indeed make any donations at all related to getting her out, although she certainly has enough money to accomplish that without Mom and Dad's help, I believe I will be boycotting the Hilton hotels.

Now this would make a great Reality Show. "The In's & Out's of Paris Hilton"

Document that whiney chicks time in the big house. Paris on Video Surveillance is nothing new to her so she should do just fine.

imagine if she would of went in without a fuss..been humbled by the situation and shared with others that it was a lesson learned and that people should not drive under the influence...become a positive speaker for teens..etc..she would of been somewhat adored and respected instead..she acts like a spoiled chiled ranting "MAMA"...hysterically in the court room...she's a spoiled loser...
