I will be teaching RE 141, Real Estate Practice, in a 9 weeks program starting March 10 and running through May 14. This is a 3 unit course and is one of three courses required for a Real Estate Salesperson License, or one of eight courses required for a Broker License Classes will be in Room 5, at the Oakhurst Community College campus. I will be teaching RE 141, Real Estate Practice, starting March 10, 2008. This course covers the "nuts and bolts" of doing real estate business. Prerequsite are: RE 140 or equivalent, having a California Real Estate License - even 18 months conditional - or permission of the instructor.

Classes will be on Mondays and Wednesdays from 12:30 PM until 3:20 PM for nine weeks, and will carry three semester hours of credit.
