This trailer is perfect for a hunter or for adding that extra room for your teen.
Here's the scoop...I purchased this trailer in 1994. The line to the shower and water pump had been previously removed. The toilet is self-contained and equipped with a greywater tank, connected to the sink, and there is a 30-gallon water tank. The table is removed and replaced with a comfortable RV seat facing the rear. New 8-ply tires were installed in 1996 and driven less than 50 miles. I installed solar panels and wired the trailer with 12 volt lighting and a car stereo, including a pair of 6 X 9" speakers. The panels were removed but are available for an additional cost. There are separate TV and AM antennas (see photo), and also a 60 db inline amplifier. The heater was removed and replaced with a 12" speaker. I used the stove for heating. The windows are insulated with aluminum coated plastic bubble insulation. This trailer gets toasty warm with two stove burners lit for half an hour in 35 degree weather. The refrigerator works exceptionally well on propane and can hold three (3) twelve packs of your favorite beverage end-on-end. The 7-gallon tanks are fairly new and last 3 weeks each in 100 degree weather. The regulator is switchable enabling you to refill an empty one without ever having to relight the refrigerator. I cut an 8" square hole in the bottom of the door and screen door to allow my cat to enter and exit freely.
I have the DMV title but the trailer is not currently registered.
