Rice Man! Where are you?

Is anyone aware of what happened to Rice Man? I have not been to town in awhile and when I went to fill my fried rice craving, the building was as empty as my wallet.

It has been sold. Not sure what all the new owners have planned.

Well hopefully it will be something like a Western or Noah's Bagel. Sorry, but in my opinion we didn't need a Rice Man kind of place up here. Nice warm bagels in the morning for breakfast or sandwiches for lunch would be awesome. :yes: :hungry:

whoa, that sucks, I loved rice man, I haven't been there in about a month or so, since our business moved, but was looking forward to going soon.

It's kinda sad how fast some businesses come and go.

Wow, I'm bummed. I guess I should have eaten there more while I could.

I love rice bowls, especially with seafood, but I got tired of teriyaki sauce being overused in too many dishes. It was getting to be as prevalent as ketchup and I thus lost my taste for it. I don't even like teriyaki jerky anymore.

Well, if they are going to Santa Cruz, I can still eat there when I go visit my mom..Wonderful!
