I'm sure some of you have seen the signs for Saturday Market and today I decided to drop in and see what the heck it is. It's located by Affordable Auto on Hwy 41 north of El Cids. They have quite an assortment of things, boxes of Christmas cards for $1.00, shoes, some purses, candle holders, lotions, records, office supplies, a little of everything and all at good prices. The man there said they but stuff at auction and resell them. He said there was used stuff upstairs, but I didn't have time to check it out. I bought a patchwork quilted purse for $8.00, a Crosby, Still, Nash & Young album for $4.00 and a stacky thing for my office files for $2.00. Well worth stopping and checking out once in awhile.
