Lot of three small antique amber pharmacy bottles, $20 for all. Bottles are not as squat-looking as in the altered pic.
1) Shown on far right in photo: A tiny 2 1/2" tall LIGHT-AMBER square hand-blown embossed druggist bottle. Embossed: "BOERICKE & RUNYON / COMPANY". An early hand-blown tooled-top bottle, ca. 1890s. Boericke & Runyon were homeopathic druggists in the San Francisco Bay Area from the late 1800s through the very early 1900s. Nice desirable and highly collectible golden-yellowish-amber color! Excellent condition.
2) Middle bottle: Brownatone hair coloring bottle. 2 1/2", Round, ABM, Ring top, nice translucent amber color. Excellent condition. Embossing: "BROWNATONE - KENTON PHARM. Co. - Covington, KY" Was advertised in magazines in early 1920s through the 50s. A LIFE magazine ad once stated, "Brush away gray hair and look ten years younger!"
3) Far left: "HUMPHREYS'/ HOMEO MED. CO./NEW YORK". Was probably a veterinary medicine. Square bottle with round neck, seam ends under lip. Excellent condition, great color. 2 1/2" tall.
