I am creating this topic from my new LG Voyager cell phone from Verizon. I just got this phone a few days ago and i love it! It is similar to the iPhone but offered by Verizon. Not only does it have a touch screen but it also has a flip open keyboard.. very cool and easy to use. If you are in the market for a new cell phone check out the voyager!

I am ready for a new phone. I've got verizon and am due for a upgrade this month...

I also looked at the smartphones, including the blackberry. A few things to consider... a smartphone is more expensive and requires a special plan that is also more expensive. So before you get a smartphone... ask yourself, what will you be using your phone for? Make sure you will use the smartphone features. Otherwise, it's best to go with a Voyager.

If you are going for a smartphone, consider the new Samsung over the blackberry. I almost got that one.. it runs Windows and has office on it. I just decided that I would rarely use Microsoft office on my cell phone. I have a laptop for that.

Also... FYI: The Voyager has been called the "iPhone killer" and is expected to be the best phone of the year according to many reviews i saw. Check cnet.com and phonescoop.com
