Do you drink energy drinks for "fun" or before working out ? I used to drink really lots of Red Bull and after reading how bad it is tried to shif into some healthier drinks. As a fitness-holic (well more as a wannabe) I read (http://www.discussfitness.com/forums/f7/energy-drinks-36501.html) about all kind of new drinks so you may check it out. I never tried the white ligghtning but sure will as long as there isn't too much carbs inside.

Oh yeah, I use them all the time to get "jacked up" before my workouts. I drink some stuff called 'Dieter's Water". It allows me to go quite a bit longer on the treadmill that I would without. Unfortunately, I've lost my source for it and am almost out, so I'll have to find a new product.
