I am not posting this in the business section since it is not a local business but I did want to share a good experience with an online order.

I am a shoe lover and I order many pair online. I recently ordered a pair through amazon.com and when they arrived (promptly and in good condition) they were the wrong size. The box did not contain a packing slip or a return mailing label. I emailed the company that they came from directly and they replied within hours telling me they would send the correct size immediately and include a pre-paid shipping label for me to return the other pair with. They just sent me the UPS tracking number for the replacement pair. The original pair arrived on Tuesday of this week so this has been handled very quickly for me.

The company includes the following websites:
ePed, Inc.
http://www.allsexyshoes.com
http://www.allhighheelshoes.com
http://www.justhighheels.com
http://www.allshoesandboots.com

Another great shoe site that has fantastic customer service and fast delivery is www.zappos.com You get your shoes with free shipping and free returns if you have a problem. It only takes about 1-2 days to get the shoes. I had a pair of boots that were a year old that a zipper broke on and I called them up and they shipped me a new pair that day and I had them the next day and they also like with Rima's company included a return label for the old pair. They have a HUGE selection. I wish they sold stock in this company.

Payless shoes online is great too. There are items on line that they don't carry in stores and all of the store sales, like BOGO, apply online too. Free shipping to the local store and I like getting shoes that have never been on display or tried on, etc.

Wow, I feel like a cretin! I have a pair of Vans "skater" shoes I have been wearing for at least six years!!!!!

My most comfortable pair of shoes is from Payless...slip-on canvas ones. I actually get compliments on them, not that it matters to me.
