Politics. Ya'll know me. I read, I write...not too much anymore. I watch the shows..Hardball.Underfire.Earlyshow...(nothing on FOX).

And we've all heard Them. They repeat each other. They repeat each other. Ad nauseum.

Bitter. Tough enough. Dirty campaign. You can toss in the rest.

Jon Stewart does a good job of making fun of them. Thats his job.

Then that abysmally stupid ABC debate... The one where the "journalists" asked inane questions...and some non-questions.

How about this, my Big Idea That Won't Catch On.

Lets let the candidates talk. About the things that matter. The war in Iraq, our economy, healthcare reform, joblessness, homelessness, treatment of POWs, treatment of veterans.

Tell all the pundits and journalists and news anchors and windbags to just shut the hel up and let us hear what the candidates have to say. Not a sound bite, but a talk. About America's issues. Our issues.

That makes too much sense, it'll never happen.

It's a concept and Hilary already did it ---- just before Super Tuesday on Lifetime, I think it was. About two hours linked to every Super Tuesday state. It did 'appear' Q&A but I'm pretty sure she and her crew 'fed' the questions so she could talk about what she wanted to say. And I think her campaign paid for that time versus being invited to debate on the network/sattellite channels.
