I have a trailer that could be used easily for storage as a ready to go garage or could be used to take to fairs and make money as it is a vending trailer with lots of shelving and display cases. It has an alarm, leveling jacks, lighting throughout, and is in good or very good condition. My 1998 trailer can't be used to haul a car (no ramp in the back) but has an ac and poles for a flag banner and comes with a clear title.
