CARPOOL to Fresno anyone??

I am looking for people interested in carpooling Mon - Friday to Fresno. I have a location on Highway 41 by 222 (the turn to Bass Lake Road - by the Mountain House) that I would be willing to use as a meeting place/carpool lot for anyone interested. Maybe there are other local businesses or parking lots that wouldn't mind doing the same thing in other areas. I am doing this informally, but whoever is interested will have to get together and probably set up some basic rules- what to do if someone is late, should there be any fees (what if someone never drives their car and is always a passenger, for example...) rules about reporting tickets to the club (big ones like DUI's or excessive speeding...) With enough people interested, we wouldn't have to have you drive back in the same car you drove to work in, in case you have an unpredictable or non 9 - 5 schedule. One thing for this group I'm trying to start is the cars have to be non-smoking. Any ideas?
