Okay You guys. does anyone know what the times and days are at the Manna House. I have to try and get into there and get some food for my house. I have used them years years ago but I don't remember the hours they are open and days a week.

thanks

Don't know the days, but I think it's only M - F. I believe they close at 2 pm on the days they are open.

I dropped off a bunch of clothes there today. They open at 10. I don't know when they close.

I was just at the Manna House at the clothing center. My friend, a volunteer there, told me that they are in need of donations of good clothing, blankets, shoes etc. This is the first time I've gone over there when there was nothing in the sorting section.

Thanks for letting us know. I have a bunch of clothes that don't fit anymore. I put on a few pounds over the last few years. I'll drop a bag off.

It's the opposite for me. I've gotten smaller so I have some of my "fat" clothes to give them. I vow never to have to wear them again. if I do, I'll just drown myself in chocolate.

I've got loads of clothes I need to donate...probably 3 closet-clean-outs worth! And toys. Does Manna house take toys? Or should I just take them to Kids Connection or the thrift shops?

In addition to clothes they take toys, books, small appliances, household stuff, bikes and such. Pots and pans are always in demand there... as are blankets, linens, etc.

10 - 2 p.m., Mon - Fri. ...No large furniture or appliances though, they dont have the room for things like refrigerators and stoves or couches and over stuffed chairs etc. , but they take all other donations~ :)
