Anyone interested in renting our condo in kirkwood oct23-27th? kids fall break

We have a condo in the Mountain Club at Kirkwood which is 30 minutes from Tahoe. It is an awesome place trust me. ski in-ski out. lift is 25 yards from our condo. has a gymnasium sauna ski rink.This a studio that sleeps 4 but we bring the kids' friends and they sleep on the floor with sleeping bags.It's fully equiped with kitchen cooking utencils etc. Our condo is the 2nd floor to the right of the tall pine.

When your little one gets bigger, you guys are welcome to use it. It's great even in the summer months. They have a heated pool there also and lots of activities. since we dont rent it out much during the summer months ,I let friends stay there free, its only a $45 cleaning fee for clean sheets and towels. I love to bless others by letting them stay there. It would be a good little get away for you when your ready, Just let me know.
As for skiing, I spend most my time relaxing and lounging by the lodge with a Beer or hot tottie, I love people watching.

Our Condos for rent oct 23-27th when the kids are out of school let me know if your interested. Usualy rents 2oo= a night . since its off season we are renting it ourt for 125.00 a night + $45 cleaning fee. A great get away with the kids if your into outdoors kinda stuff..1/2 hr's drive to tahoe..and its a beautiful drive!..
