First, we should warn readers that there is bad language in the video.

Next, I must say that this is so incredibly funny! Everything that happened in the video has happened to me. I loved the "There is no 'Arrange Icons by Penis' comment". That is too funny. And since I do remote repair, I can relate to the "Is that you moving my mouse? OMG. Can you see my screen?".
