How does it taste? I assume most of it needs to be frozen?

It actually does taste good and does not need to be frozen. The meals are supplemented with veggies or salads, yogurt, fruit, protien, etc. The website offers suggested daily meal plans.

Would you be interested in selling just a few of the meals so I can try them out before buying the lot?

Just wanted to let you know I didn't forget about picking the food up. I came down sick with that lovely cold/cough that is going around and was out of work on Friday. If you still have it for me I would like to stop by this coming Monday or Tuesday. Not sure if I'll be going to work on Monday yet still pretty sick.
