It actually does taste good and does not need to be frozen. The meals are supplemented with veggies or salads, yogurt, fruit, protien, etc. The website offers suggested daily meal plans.

I work 10 to 5 at Pak & Page, what time do you start work? I have been trying to put dsl on our home computer and having problems so I haven't been able to get on, but I do want the food.

Just wanted to let you know I didn't forget about picking the food up. I came down sick with that lovely cold/cough that is going around and was out of work on Friday.
