spybot or avg

I would like to know if any of you prefer 1 or the other & which 1 you think is better.

I use AVG antivirus. Its the best. I will NEVER use Norton or McAfee again.

Thank you very much. I also use AVG. I had to have a computer guy come in & check for bugs & viruses & he said that was the best.
