I recently had a really great experience with a local car dealer, and thought I'd share it.
ToyHookup Inc. is located on Highway 41 just past the Chevron dealer (a few miles past 22 mile house on the right as you head south towards Fresno). Look for the sign that says "Toy Dept".
They are family owned. While they have various cars on the lot, they specialize in Jeeps. If you need a Jeep, or have a Jeep that needs repair, or want to trick your Jeep out with a lift Kit, rims, hardtop, etc this is the place to go.
I purchased a Jeep there a week ago, and couldn't be happier. Mike and Amy are great people, and they went well out of their way to make me happy. Mike has a Jeep certified mechanic on the spot and his repair rates are very reasonable. When I purchased my 2000 Wrangler TJ they had over a dozen Jeeps to choose from ranging from older models to models from last year. Mike's mechanic goes through each Jeep before they are put on the lot, and my Jeep runs like new. They also provided me with a 3 month power-train warranty at no extra charge.
They have a plethora of banks they work with for financing. I got a very good finance rate. The whole experience was a real pleasure.
Unlike many car dealers that have little support after the sale, or who use high pressure sales tactics, these guys "get it".
