I noticed today that there is a new Spa going in where Sakani used to be, behind McDonald's. Seems like a tough time to open a business like that with the economy in the shape it is. Anyone else heard anything?

No, I know it has been for lease or sale for a long time. it will be exciting to see what goes in there. Hay, maybe it is Sandman's mom's business. We all need to keep our peepers open. Maybe we should have a contest and see who discovers her new venture first.

Wait, DQ, I think Monkey is saying a SPA is going in, right? Tough times but also a good time to pamper ourselves... we'll see. Humans are by nature optimistic (okay debate that everybody) and here's one thing I know for sure: I could really use a massage right now! :p

I am so lucky, my husband just gave me a massage. I needed it, I was really tight. I guess it was all that cookie baking that gave me stiff shoulders. I don't know about the rest of you, but we really never go to SPA's when we are at home, we do that when we are on vacation, now that we are retired. When my husband was working he used to get a massage every week, a high school principal deserves a massage every week.

Kelli, I like to think that humans by nature are optimistic, I know I am and I don't enjoy being around pessimistic people, not one bit.

Did you ever play that game, am I getting warmer, warmer, warmer, now your cold, colder, warmer now. When you were a kid. Gosh, my mom could occupy us for hours hiding something and then us looking for it. Want to play Sandman? Give us a clue and let us run with it. If we guess it right we won't tell anybody, will we girls?
