It is people like that who make me embarrassed to say I am a Christian. They are the ones that get all of the attention and publicity. There are so many of us who are just trying as hard as we can to live a good spiritual life day in and day out. I don't even believe in THE WRATH OF GOD. The God I know is ALL LOVING.

WOW....what a WACKO!!! That just makes me sick! I agree with DQ the God I know isn't like that...he is indeed all loving and I therefore don't believe there is a "hell" either.

I thought a law or something was passed that they could no longer protest at a fallen soldiers funneral? Maybe it was just in a certain state. I think it should be in all of our states if that's the case.

I am not even going to rent to that woman, that much space in my head beyond stating how very *disturbed* these kinds of mind sets are~

A national group of bikers have been going to the funerals trying to shield the demonstrations from the view of the funeral party.

I found it interesting that when asked what sins she has (since she is fond of stating, "There are no innocent human beings"), she skirted the question.

It isn't that I think everybody has to go around blurting out their sins to everyone else, but since she is pointing the hateful finger of accusation to so many others, then she should step up to the plate and accept "hell and damnation" as her own punishment for being human.

She is really scary...reminds me of a group of people I saw in the movie, "Poltergeist."

MadScott, my brother-in-law and sister live in Oregon City, OR from April to Oct and in Lake Havasu from Oct to April and they ride in that group, I think they are called the Patriots, and they are all over the U.S. They ride in all military funerals when asked, to shield the family from the ugliness that is out there in the world.

I e-mailed my brother-in-law and the correct name of the group is "The Patriot Guard Riders". Most of the riders at vets and their wives. They always bring their bike on the back of their motor home and ride when ever and where ever they are needed. Sometimes they may go hundreds of miles to ride in a funeral. They are very proud to be a part of this group.

I realized my comment about Fox News could be misunderstood. Although the newsmen berated her, they also gave her a platform on national TV. These "people" are better ignored. The "kill them all and let God sort them out" crowd has always been with us.

It must be a part of this group, perhaps another branch of it, or a similar like one, that attends the Veterans Day Celebrations held back home at the Veterans Cemetery in Fernley, NV.

Last year when I attended with my Mom there were a group of them that were in attendance there. They stayed to the back in two seperate groups, one on each side of the cemetary very watchful and didnt mingle or come and sit with our families etc. Didnt even move in close to join into the services until they were well under way and we were*undisturbed*, and in hindsight, I now believe that this is *who* this presence was and what they were doing~ Both men and women, not local towns folk as we didnt recognize them.....

Our showing of respect and our ability to do so, on this day was unhampered and unmolested ~ We were watched over very well .

To just say I am grateful for their appearance, seems to fall short, but DQ? let them know from me ( and others too) ,that I noticed their presence and for many it was very comforting ~ and I say Thank You.

I'm sorry I kind of derailed this subject off topic here.....

so, back to "Ms. Fruit Loops" and yes, I agree. Fox TV is guilty of giving her air time! grrrrrrrrrr..... and it wasnt the first time she had spoken with or interviewed the one newscaster either, ...remember she said something along the lines of "you tried this the other day?"...... We really dont need to give platforms to nut cases, but we do need to be aware they do exist....I just dont think we have to let them have their *say* on TV, providing them with FREE advertising for their causes, basically...

Insane, mean-spirited, dangerous... HOW DARE SHE! It saddens and sickens me that she spreads this poison and that our brave men and women are being maimed and killed in order to preserve her "right" to do so.

Olaf, I will surely tell my brother-in-law and sister of your kind words.
