Howdy All,
We are looking to buy a house sometime over the next year. We are not opposed to less traditional transactions such as a straight house swap or assuming title of someone's distressed house if the transaction saves money and works out for all parties. If anyone is thinking of selling, swapping, or bailing and you meet one of the criteria below, please let me know.
What we want (essential):
3 bedroom house
Excellent condition
What we want (preferable):
Acreage
Privacy
Less than 2200 sq ft
What we have:
2 bedroom 2 bath
Excellent, somewhat flat, usable property with privacy (3.8 acres but is functionally more because of no neighbors in back)
Great views from the sun room
900 sq ft garage
1660 sq ft house
Our house would be ideal for a down-scaling couple or a young family with one child or two same gender children.
