I also belong to the Fitness Zone and love it! I like the Yoga classes which are offered 3 times a week and like using the cardio equipment and the weights & machines. They also have tanning beds and raquetball courts.

LOL  TOT you are funny, does having a jazzercise flyer do the same thing as a gym?
But hey, you don't need to do the gym thing, at least not to lose weight.
I use to belong to a gym in Fresno but my schedule became too busy to keep going, I wish I could go now because they mail me really good specials.
I like going to exercise on a regular basis, it makes me feel better and have more energy.

I'm happy to hear that Jazzercise has come to town--maybe their weekday morning class will be such a big hit they'll schedule a session after 6PM for folks who need to be at work during the day.

Jazzercise posted a new member sign-up special on STI classifieds. I think I am going to join! Anyone else interested in going with me? It is on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays at 5:30 pm and also Tuesday-Thursday at 8:30 am. First month is $20. Not sure what it is after that. It is being held at the community center. http://oakhurstonline.com/icon/happy.gif

I recently started back to the Fitness Zone. I am not sure why but it has a more friendly, relaxed feel about it and I enjoy going there more than I did before. I keep wanting to go to some of the cardio classes, but work keeps me to busy whenever they are occuring. Oh well maybe I can just break down and buy some TaeBo DVDs. hahaha

I hope so.

Don't wear the kilt here. People have been killed for less in these parts.

(Is it true what they say about the kilt wearers?)

There is a reason for the kilt,i was shooting at Bisley home ot the British NRA.
The NRA is a stuffy organisation and all cammo is banned,so i wore tartan which is the next best thing to cammo.Snipers wear some thing called a ghilly suit, you must have seen it when they are walking about like half a bush.Well this was invented by the Scots,a bit of tartan some old sacking stick in a bit of heather. Before you know it your a instant Scottish bush, ready to hunt a deer.

Well i was wearing under wear and it was camoflage,i was kind of hopeing for a big gust of wind.
I wanted to do the Marylin Monroe thing,so an NRA offical would have to warm me about wearing cammo.
I had it all planed in my mind if i was challenge about the cammo,i would remove my cammo pants on the range. And if the offical was really nasty to me,i would stick the cammo briefs on his head lap dancer style.

Well nothing happend and all the NRA officals were great http://oakhurstonline.com/icon/happy.gifand i had to wear the cammo breifs http://oakhurstonline.com/icon/sad3.gif
Yes i have worn the kilt(free fall) http://oakhurstonline.com/icon/shocked.gif And it kind of attracts woman too, wearing a kilt.
If i wasn't in a happy relationship with my girlfriend,i'd be out wearing that kilt http://oakhurstonline.com/icon/applause.gif

yeah and thank goodness archery season is BEFORE rifle season. I stil resent the fact that I have to sit through a hunter safety course before I can get a license to hunt wif my bow. grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
