HAPPY VALENTINES DAY
What are you all doing to celebrate this day?
I am fixing dinner for people I love, my husband, my mom and a very good friend whos husband is out of town. Then we are playing cards.

Chicken Cacciatori
Tiny pasta shells
Fresh green bean salad
Garlic bread
Wine
Something chocolate for dessert (I need to get cracking on that one)

I couldn't make it out of the house yesterday to buy a card, so this morning I got up early and walked a huge heart in the snow outside for my valentine.
And I'm fixing lobster for dinner with asperagas and chocolate souffle for dessert.

I'll be spending the evening with 26 hunky guys in Stockton!!! If you count the other team 52!!

Dinner will be a cold beer and maybe some nachos or maybe I'll splurge and buy a Hot Dog LOL!!! What better way to spend Valentines but at a Stockton Thunder aka by us Falcon's Fans as the "Thunderbirds" Hockey game!! Not what most would think as a great time but there are 57 people taking a bus to the game that would agree with me!!

I also get to go out on the ice before the game and "Drop the Puck"....I'm so excited!!!

No the Chicago Steel Hockey team doesn't ever play here. They are a "Tier 1 Junior A" hockey club and play under the USHL. The Fresno Falcons/Stockton Thunder are a "AA" hockey club and play under the ECHL

There are many different hockey clubs but none will cross play in other areas...example the USHL will never play a team in the CHL. The CHL will never play a team in the ECHL just as the ECHL will never play a team in the NHL.

I did stay safe and taking the bus with a bunch of other Hockey-a-holics like myself is always a blast!!
