PUERTO VALLARTA FISHING

Hey hows it going i just made a post but i think I put it in the wrong place well any way I was just on vacation with my family in puerto vallarta and I was doing some fishing with www.puertovallartafish.com (http://www.puertovallartafish.com) and I actually caught a 300lb yellow fin tuna well i still have about 150lbs left in my freezer and I need new recipes I have been making sashimi and tuna steaks any suggestions would be great

wow! thats awesome! we LOVE puerto vallarta!..w've been fishing but never caught anything that big... good for you..I noticed you are from mexico..I would suggest calling sierra seafood if you livdedhere in oakhurst...or the internet is always a good source...
